A syringe pump is a tube with a plunger in it that exactly meters fluids under very high pressure. They are very exact and have many scientific and medical applications.

Screw feeders are part conveyors appropriate for handling various materials exhibiting appreciable flowability characteristics. These feeders feature a helicoid surface based on a shaft that gyrates inside a fixed tube. Parts, passing out of the silo, are thrust along the tube's base toward the destination by the swift motion of the helicoids. One of the distinctive advantages of these feeders includes the possibility of exhibiting different openings, each accompanied with its integral shut-off organ, for unloading the parts.

A self-priming pump clears its passages of air without outside attention by retaining a charge of liquid sufficient to prime the pump. On startup, the impeller creates a partial vacuum and air from the suction piping is drawn in and entrained in the liquid from the priming chamber. This mixture is pumped into the air separation chamber, expelling air out the discharge and returning liquid to the priming chamber. This cycle is repeated until the prime is established.
