Zycon also reserves the right to modify the categories contained on the Site and if any modifications are made, all Companies listed in any such categories consent to being added to, and/or transferred between all applicable categories.

5. B2B-C2B EMAIL AND REQUEST FOR QUOTATION / INFORMATION TRANSMISSIONS
Although Zycon has taken reasonable precautions to limit the presence of viruses in any e-mail forwarded through our Web Site, Zycon does not warrant any transmission received as being virus-free, and disclaims any liability for losses or damages that may arise from the use of e-mail or its attachments. 8. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In any action concerning this Agreement, each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts having jurisdiction in the State of Michigan, and waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. In the event that any provisions of this Agreement are held to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and any prior written or oral agreements or understandings between the parties are expressly deemed null and void.
