The MACK Group, LLC Completes Fast Track Asbestos Removal Services Project

The MACK Group, LLC recently completed a commercial asbestos abatement project that consisted of the removal of asbestos floor tile and mastic, and pipe fittings. This is Phase Two of a Two Phase project. MACK was contracted to remove and abate 60,000 sq ft of asbestos containing floor tile and mastic that was adhered to a concrete floor, as well as numerous pipe fittings. MACK used a combination of proprietary flooring removal machines that they own in their fleet of abatement equipment. These machines allowed MACK to easily remove the floor tile and mastic down to the original concrete floor surface without damaging the existing concrete. The work was completed under negative area in full containment, and the project was completed without incident or injury.

The MACK Group, LLC recently completed a commercial asbestos abatement project that consisted of the removal of asbestos floor tile and mastic. This is Phase One of a Two Phase project. MACK was contracted to remove and abate 56,000 sq ft of asbestos containing floor tile and mastic that was adhered to a concrete floor. MACK used a combination of proprietary flooring removal machines that they own in their fleet of abatement equipment. The MACK Group, LLC Completes Final Phase of Asbestos Removal at NJ Manufacturing Plant

The MACK Group, LLC recently completed the second and last phase of asbestos abatement removal at a large former battery manufacturing plant in Northern New Jersey. This last phase of the asbestos removal project consisted of the asbestos abatement of numerous types of asbestos containing materials (ACM). ACM consisted of 30,000 sf of VAT, 9,000 lf of pipe insulation, 500 sf of transite panels, and various amounts of boiler insulation and gaskets, mastic, plaster, tar coatings. These asbestos materials were located throughout the facility and required close coordination to make sure all materials were properly remediated. MACK used various techniques to remove the asbestos plaster materials, including a combination of proprietary flooring removal machines that they own in their fleet of abatement equipment. The project was a complete success as it was accomplished on schedule, without injury or incident and within the client's budget.

The MACK Group, LLC recently completed an asbestos abatement removal project at a large former battery manufacturing plant in Northern New Jersey. The 1st Phase of asbestos removal project consisted of the asbestos abatement of 14,000 square feet of tile and 8,000 square feet of plaster. Proper asbestos wetting, removal and handling techniques were employed to safely remove the materials. Mack used various techniques to remove the asbestos plaster materials. The MACK Group, LLC Completes Asbestos Roof and Caulking Abatement Removal Project

The MACK Group, LLC recently completed an industrial asbestos abatement project that consisted of the removal of over 12,600 square feet of asbestos containing roof materials and window caulking from a former manufacturing plant in New Jersey. To perform the asbestos removal tasks, MACK utilized trained and licensed laborers utilizing a combination of mechanical roofing removal equipment and hand tools. Man lifts and lulls were also utilized to assist removal and handling of the abated materials. Asbestos containing materials (ACM) debris were then properly disposed at an EPA licensed landfill. All required OSHA air monitoring, notifications, and all required final air testing was conducted. The project was completed in 5 days without incident or injury.

The MACK Group, LLC recently completed a concrete sidewalk surface preparation project at a mall in New Jersey. As an expert in surface preparation services, MACK mobilized their experienced technicians along with their specialized surface preparation equipment. To perform the dual objective of providing a non-slip surface with an esthetic look, MACK used a combination of ride-on and walk behind surface preparation machines. These machines not only facilitate the surface preparation operations but they also have zero emissions and fume. The project was completed ahead of schedule, within budget, and without incident or injury.

The MACK Group, LLC recently completed a commercial asbestos abatement project that consisted of the removal of 22,000 sq. ft. of asbestos floor tile, associated mastic and roofing materials. To remove the asbestos floor tile and mastic, MACK used a combination of proprietary flooring removal machines that they own in their fleet of abatement equipment. The flooring removal machines have zero emissions and fumes allowing for use in restricted ventilation areas. The roofing material was abated under wet methods and the removed materials were placed into a sealed container. The project was completed in three weeks and without incident or injury.

The MACK Group, LLC Completes Asbestos Contaminated Boiler Room Cleanup

The MACK Group, LLC recently completed the remediation and cleanup of an asbestos contaminated boiler room in New Jersey. MACK was selected to perform the project based on their expert level of asbestos contractor services, their professional reputation, their attention to safety and schedule as well as their economical approach to asbestos removal services. The boiler room was located at a parking garage and had various amounts of asbestos containing materials (ACM) including insulation and gaskets. Due to poor maintenance, the ACM had become friable and contaminated debris throughout the room. MACK's task was to carefully removal and abate all ACM in an expeditious manner. The area was properly secured to prevent unauthorized entry and all necessary containment measures were installed. The project was a complete success as it was accomplished on schedule, without injury or incident and within the client's budget.

The MACK Group, LLC Completes Floor Mastic and Glue Removal Project at Mall in NJ

The MACK Group, LLC recently completed a finished floor mastic and glue removal project at a Mall in New Jersey. MACK was to remove finished floor mastic and glue from five of the mall entrance ways. The estimated quantity of glue and mastic that needed to be removed was approximately 8,000 sq. ft. The glue and mastic was adhered to the concrete floor which would normally make removal difficult, however, MACK has special floor covering removal equipment and experienced technicians to make removal fairly easy. These proprietary machines allowed MACK to easily remove the floor tile and mastic down to the original concrete floor surface without damaging the existing concrete. The project was completed without incident or injury.
