Storch steel-hinge belt and magnetic-slide conveyors remove or transfer scrap or parts from a stamping line. Conveyors are built to outlast competitive models with lifetimes of up to 15 years of continuous service and minimal maintenance.
Storch’s scrap shakers can move scrap, parts and sort/screen products. Models range from palm size to ones with 1500 lbs. of push force.
For fast die changes, we offer rare-earth, permanent-magnetic die holders. They are failsafe, rated at 150 ton/m2 of holding force and electric power is only used to turn them off.
For metal sheet handling, we can build a system from a single magnetic sheet fanner to a complete integrated system.
