Baxter Declares Quarterly Dividend

  Jul 24, 2013 — DEERFIELD, Ill., - The Board of Directors of Baxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.49 per Baxter common share. The dividend is payable on October 1, 2013 to shareholders of record as of September 6, 2013.

In May 2013, Baxter increased its dividend for shareholders by nine percent, following a 34 percent increase in the dividend rate that the company implemented last year.
