| | Jul 20, 2009 — Elscint Automation, which offers vibratory feeders having CE Marking recently completed an order consisting of seven vibratory bowl feeders for a British company. The company is based in London and manufactures badges. The components to be fed were plastic badges of various sizes, having diameter 20 mm to diameter 65 mm. Corresponding metal parts were also to be fed separately. Each part required a separate bowl feeder. Additionally, the Elscint scope of supply included a gravity or linear track in all cases as well as a pneumatic escapement. Elscint used cast aluminum bowls along with Elscinthane bowl coating with stainless steel tooling for each of the part. Speeds required were a minimum of 60 pieces per minute along with very critical orientation. Elscint achieved the same and shipped the vibratory bowl feeders within time. Elscint integrated the parts at its works in Pune, India. Elscint even arranged for shipping of the equipment to London. With this supply, Elscint has further entrenched itself in the English market. High quality, cost effectiveness, good aesthetics and prompt delivery are the hallmarks of Elscint vibratory feeders, which are now even agreed to by its British customers!
