| | Feb 8, 2012 — Eriez® High Deflection (HD) Series Feeders are designed to handle products that normally can’t be fed successfully on an electromagnetic feeder. Their totally enclosed patented magnetic drive enables feeding of practically any bulk material from micron size to bulky chunks.
Previously difficult to feed materials such as fine powders (talc or flour), leafy products such as lettuce and sticky candies are no match for the 3/16" stroke of the HD feeder. Travel speeds to 80 feet per minute (24 mtrs/min) and throughputs ranging from 150 to 700 cu ft/hr (4.25 to 20 cu mtrs/hr) make these feeders ideal for packaging and other tough applications.
With unique Hi–Vi magnetic drive circuits, Eriez HD Feeders provide a simple yet powerful solution to challenging material feeding applications. Simple AC controls operate the feeders with “watch–like” precision. Eriez has standard models for the majority of feeding applications.
