Mr. Francoeur will present on R&D and its role in running a successful laser job shop.
His presentation, titled “A Successful Business Combination: R&D and the Laser Job Shop Model,” will illustrate how Joining Technologies has created a culture of openness to change, creativity, and innovation. Mr. Francoeur will discuss how to build an organization with a customer-focused strategy for sustainability, and how advanced technologies can provide a strong foundation for such a strategy.
