| Nov 5, 2009 — Electro Standards Laboratories, Cranston, RI, introduces PathWay® Model 7288 DB25 A/B/C/D Code Operated Switch that allows the capability of accessing four separate devices, ports A, B, C, and D, via connection through a device connected to the Common port of the switch. With the added convenience of remote commands to switch unit and change lock state through the data stream on the common port, there are no local front panel controls to worry about.
The M7288 utilizes latching relays, maintains last set position on power loss and continues to pass data. Pins 1-8 and 20 of the DB25 interfaces are switched and all DB25 ports function as DCE ports. This network switch is preset for customer specifications, so there are no jumpers or dip switches to set.
