| Jan 10, 2013 — Macro Sensors currently supplies high-temperature LVDTs and LVRTs that work specifically with existing General Electric (G.E.) and OEM control systems and retrofitted controls for steam, gas and nuclear-powered turbines. While other LVDT suppliers have discontinued manufacture of LVDT replacements for G. E. turbines, Macro Sensors continues to stock them to meet ongoing demand.
Available in a variety of configurations and outputs, Macro Sensors’ G.E. certified LVDTs and LVRTs – including those with ATEX and CSA approval – are used for position measurement on governor valves, throttle valves, reheat/stop valves, interceptor valves, IGVs and many other control valves. For easy selection of replacement Linear Position Sensors for G.E. steam, gas and nuclear-powered turbines, refer to Macro Sensors LVDT and LVRT Power Gen Cross Reference Guide that lists sensors for specific G.E. and steam turbine part numbers. Download it at http://www.macrosensors.com/downloads/misc/crossrefnew_121812.pdf.
Macro Sensors manufactures an extensive line of standard / custom LVDTs and support electronics for any steam turbine power generation application.
