| | Jun 4, 2013 — Meissner will be delivering presentations featuring technological advances and evolving products to serve single-use applications at two industry conferences on Tuesday, June 4th, 2013. The presentations are scheduled as part of the conference track for both the IBC’s 10th Annual Single-Use Applications for Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Conference, in Durham, NC, and at the BioTech 2013 event, in Wädenswil, Switzerland.
Meissner will support each of its speakers with a trade show booth at these event. We will be exhibiting in booth #410 at the IBC's Single-Use event, at the Durham Convention Center, Durham, NC. Max Blomberg, Director of Operations, will be delivering a "Rapid Fire Technology Showcase" presentation featuring our "Plug and Play Single–Use Filtration Solutions" to conference attendees on Tuesday, June 4th, at 4:30 pm. Additionally, Christian Julien, Director of Business Development, Single-Use Process Solutions, will be delivering a presentation for the "Platform Technologies and Integrative Solutions" track featuring the integration of single-use clarification step as part of a larger single-use solution.
Meissner’s booths at each event will have active displays of each of the primary products within the single-use portfolio, including TepoFlex® PE-based and FluoroFlex® PVDF-based biocontainer assemblies. Complementary products, such as FlexStation® rigid outer containers and QuaDrum™ containers will demonstrate robust shipping and storage and storage solutions, respectively, for fully deployed 3D biocontainer assemblies. BioFlex® tubing assemblies will also be displayed to demonstrate process flexibility in the deployment of both single-use and hybrid systems. Meissner’s single-use filtration solutions will be highlighted as well, featuring the UltraSnap™ filter assembly, which securely assembles unlimited prefilters and final filters in series or parallel and deploys via a single inlet and outlet connection.
