| | Mar 17, 2011 — Electro Standards Laboratories (ESL), Cranston, RI, announces its Model 7432 Single Port Normal Loopback Switch with RTS Remote Control that targets High Speed Serial Interface (HSSI) networks. This versatile network switch can be controlled remotely via DB9 connector on rear panel or via manual front panel pushbutton.
In Automatic Mode, the Model 7432 is designed to Loopback key signals within a single HSSI port interface based on the presence or absence of the RTS signal. Users have the ability to press the front panel pushbutton for manual control and alternate between Normal and Loopback positions regardless of the RTS Signal.
