Helwig can regularly hold tolerances of +/- .0005 for perpendicularity and parallelism that result in optimal product performance and efficiency.
Helwig Carbon vanes with excellent strength, hardness, and impact resistance are used on oil-less vacuum pumps and compressors. Helwig Carbon materials are self lubricating, dimensionally stable, and specifically designed for dry running applications. In-house lab and testing capabilities can help with comparative benchmark testing to other materials.
