Noise Sentinel – On Demand now available in Ireland, Spain, Portugal and New Zealand

| May 5, 2015 — Brüel & Kjær today announced it has expanded its Noise Sentinel – On Demand environmental noise monitoring service to include Ireland, Spain, Portugal and New Zealand. Launched last year in seven countries, Noise Sentinel – On Demand is designed to monitor noise in urban and industrial areas. In addition to measuring high-quality reliable data, the 24/7 subscription-based service provides compliance reporting and noise-level exceedance alarms for early mitigation. “Noise Sentinel – On Demand makes organisations more agile, reduces financial risk and increases business opportunity,” said Global Product Marketing Manager Phil Stollery. “In today’s fast-paced business environment, it’s critical to be able to quickly assess environmental impact and demonstrate regulation compliance.” “I got the system, set it up, connected the power and went home to follow the progress from the office. Noise Sentinel – On Demand employs a five-step, online, self-service process that keeps costs down on short-term unattended noise monitoring projects lasting a few days to several months. Set up is quick and easy, and no training is required. Support, including videos and guides, is available online and backed up by a telephone hotline. Customers can lease all required equipment, or use their own compatible Brüel & Kjær noise monitoring terminals. After monitoring is complete, clients can simply return any leased equipment.
