| | Aug 10, 2009 — Service Filtration Corporation has announced that a Letter of Intent has been signed for the purchase of all assets of the Baron-Blakeslee Equipment Division of Enviro Tech International, Inc.
Baron-Blakeslee has been a leader in the manufacture of solvent vapor degreasing systems for over 75 years. Their equipment is legendary for operating efficiency and reliability.
All products will continue to be manufactured at the Baron-Blakeslee facility in Williamstown, WV. New products will be added for aqueous and semi-aqueous industrial cleaning, as well as a revolutionary new dry cleaning machine for the commercial dry cleaning industry.
Silvio J. Pioli will head the company as General Manager. All administrative functions will be directed from the company headquarters in Northbrook, IL.
