Contract Machining Companies
Contract machining is a set of manufacturing operations or processes used for the fabrication and finishing of components for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). These operations are used to manufacture production volumes ranging from prototype to high volume production runs. Some machining processes commonly used for contract machining are milling, turning, drilling, and electrical discharge machining (EDM). In many cases, contract machining is supported by design and engineering services as well as assembly services. Contract machining can be used for fabricating and assembling complete products or sub-assemblies.
