It is also made up of Open, Outward Finned , & Inward Flanged Seam: Square, Rectangular & Round Tubing. These parts may be used as members of Structural Framing, or for uses such as: Brackets, Hangers, Posts, Railings, Bus Duct & and can serve as Wireways. Thicknesses cannot exceed .125” unless volume is high. Materials can be: Steel, Stainless, Alloys, Galvanized, Copper & Bronze. Prefinishes are limited due to the increased thicknesses of these structural parts: Galvanized, Aluminized, Galvanneal, Galvalume. Post-Finishing is Common. If the thicknesses are less than .048”, other prefinishes are available. Inline notching of: Holes, Slots, End Fabricating, Cut-to-Length, Embossing, Cutouts, K/O`s, are provided. Lengths can be as long as 40 feet. Existing Tooling is available for use but many profiles are proprietary so new tooling would be required. |
