Parallel Gripper Manufacturers

Parallel grippers are mechanical holding devices that use parallel motion to actuate fingers or jaws so that they can hold, lift or maneuver work pieces in a robotic or automated system. Conventional gripping elements are jaws that glide in parallel like chuck jaws or clamps. Grippers can contain one or more gripping elements. Gripper actuation can be electrical, manual, hydraulic or pneumatic, and the type of grip action can be double action, single action, double action spring assist close or open. Welding, machining, grinding are some operations that employ these grippers.
