Progressive Cavity Pump Manufacturers
Progressive cavity pumps are a type of single screw pump and are used for highly viscous liquids and liquids with significant amounts of solids such as cement or sand slurry. A screw-like rotor, usually made of steel, revolves in a cavity with an oval shaped cross section. The cavity is made of steel, plastic or rubber. Fluid proceeds from the entrance suction end of the pump, and is then propelled by the rotor to the discharge.
