Roll Formed Metal Caps & Covers go over other types of material and metal parts. They may even fit on other roll formed parts. A Snap-On or Slide-On fit can be achieved, if desired, according to customer preference. If a special fit is desired a wear proof quality gauge is made from a customer's mating material sample, after the part has been approved. Caps & Covers are used as Protectors, Seals, Tracks, Slides, Tops, Reflectors, Joints, decorative Trim and more. These parts are in both Straight and Ring form. Metals used are: Steel, Stainless, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Alloys, Galvanized, Bronze, Clad, Perforated, & Wire Cloth. Prefinished metals are used often, such as: PrePainted, PrePlated, PrePolished, Specular, Strippable-PVC, PreLaminated Vinyl, Galvanized-(G30, G60, G90, G210, Electro, Bonderized), PreAnodized, PreLaquered and more. Material thicknesses range from .003" through .125" thick. Straight Lengths range from 4" through 40 feet and are cut to finished lengths or randoms. Rings range from 2.5" through 8 foot diameters. Inline operations, besides cutting to finished lengths, are: End Fabricating, Holes, Slots, Perforating, Ring Bending, Miters, Cutouts, K/O's. Other Materials can be inserted into Caps & Covers as well as double sided tape applied. There is existing tooling for many styles of Caps & Covers and new tooling that can be made for any not shown in our print examples
