| We print using cutting-edge SLS technology Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a precise, high-resolution method of 3D printing in which a powdered material is melted by a laser. After a layer is melted, it’s covered with fresh powder so that another layer can be sintered on top of it. These layers combine with each other to create your 3D object. Your part comes out of the machine buried in un-sintered powder!
The result is a highly accurate and detailed 3D print of your design. These machines represent the cutting edge in 3D printing technology. SLS printers can print in a wide variety of materials, including many metals! However, our specialty is a white nylon plastic which is strong, flexible, and ideal for most 3D prints.
