| We introduce ourselves as leading manufacturers and exporters of Rubber Gate Seals in India. We are pleased to inform that we were the pioneers in the indigenous development and manufacture (1974) of Fluorocarbon Film Cladded Rubber Gate Seals in India. Rubber Gate Seals manufactured by us are in operation on innumerous Irrigation and Hydroelectric Projects in India and abroad with repeat orders. TYPES: Plain Type Brass / Stainless Steel Cladded Abrasion Resistant Fluorocarbon (PTFE / Teflon ® ) Film Cladded SHAPES: Rubber Gateseals are available in the largest range of shapes and sizes. Since every Irrigation / Hydro-electric Project has its own design requirements, if the shape required does not fall in our existing range, gateseals of special sections as per the customer’s specifications are also manufactured. The range of shapes available are: Flat Type - Rectangular - Half round at one end - Wedge at one end `P’/`J’/Musical Note Type * - Solid bulb / Hollow Bulb Double Stem Type * - Solid bulb / Hollow Bulb Double Bulb Type * - Solid bulb / Hollow Bulb Corner Seals * - 2 Dimensional - 3 Dimensional Special Section Seals ( * - Indicates with or without cladding ) Rubber Gate Seals manufactured by us conform to specifications as laid down under IS: 11855, 1986 and/or ASTM specifications. |
