| | We are an industrial and decorative machining and cutting job shop. Capabilities include 2-axis, 3-axis (3D), and and limited 5-axis waterjet cutting. Also unique to AWC is our ability to perform ultra high precision CNC WaterJet cutting to +/- 0.0015 inch. The working area for WaterJet cutting exceeds 4 feet X 8 feet with material thickness exceeding 5 inches. Additional capabilities include 4 axis CNC milling, high speed milling (40000 rpm/1500ipm), turning, and grinding. Full 3D Solids CAD/CAM capabilities plus an onsite engineering materials laboratory. AWC has over 50 years in combined experience machining and designing advanced materials.
