| | With the intention of earning your patronage, we offer a brief description of our capabilities. In essence, we are a structural steel, sheet metal and steel plate fabrication shop, which partakes in the daily manufacture of custom needs for industry rather than any product line. We maintain an inventory of angle, flatbar, channel, beam, pipe, tube, HRS sheet and plate, aluminum and stainless sheet and plate, and expanded metal in an effort to provide a quick turn around to meet delivery requirements. Our welders are certified in accordance to the American Welding Society D1.1 Structural Welding Code. We provide visual and dye penetrate weld inspection in accordance with the AWS Code.
In our 32,000 square foot shop facilities and our 40,000 square foot outdoor storage area, we house metal forming and fabricating equipment.
We have three 2-ton, three 5-ton and two 10-ton overhead cranes with up to 21''-6" underhook clearance.
Although we do not produce any product line, since 1945 we have manufactured tanks, hoppers, bins, cyclones, stacks, elevator casings, machinery guards, light and heavy gauge ductwork, chutes, ladders, platforms, stairs, handrails, structural steel and many other products of this nature. We fabricate from all types of materials such as, carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and alloys.
In meeting customer needs, we have in the past provided fabrication from heavier plates and handled weldments up through 25-ton. We therefore ask that you consult us relative to each of your job requirements to discuss the exact services which we can offer. Site inspection can be coordinated with field measuring to meet your individual requirements. We are currently receiving inquiries and drawings via e-mail with the assistance of Autocad LT 2005, PDF files and TIF files.
