We offer custom molding of K-prene urethane including mold construction, production of metal inserts and secondary machining. Our manufacturing process involves casting and compression molding of K-prene urethane. Acrotech, Inc. also manufactures a line of two-roll rolling and bending machines. These machines allow rolling of arcs or cylinders with minimal flats on the leading and trailing ends. You can roll perforated or other difficult materials without fluting or kinking. Easy to set up and quick tool changes. Models include manual, pneumatic and hydraulic operated machines, along with a vertical model for high production requirements of narrow parts. | |
