About Advanced Thermal Products, Inc.: |
Advanced Thermal Products was founded in 1985 based on the idea that customer service would set us apart from our competitors. Our goal was to be not just a good supplier but an extraordinary supplier. We decided that we could offer the most value to our customers by making high quality products at a fair price with 100% on-time delivery. It's not a goal that is easy to achieve, but one that we strive to meet each and every day. These are the principles that guide our efforts: 1) We will be the most responsive temperature probe and thermistor manufacturer in the world. All manufacturing and administrative procedures will be streamlined to allow the fastest possible delivery time. 2) We will produce the highest quality products in the industry. 3) We will sell our products at a fair price, one that allows us to make a reasonable profit while providing the maximum value to every customer, large or small. 4) We will provide exceptional customer service. There is no rule that says "custom" products must be expensive and require long lead times. Our flexible manufacturing system can produce a wide variety of probe styles using various combinations of sensors, housings, wire and cable, and encapsulating materials. ATP products extend from temperature sensing assemblies utilizing various sensing elements to PTC thermistors in disc, rectangular and oval shapes to discrete NTC thermistors in disc, chip and glass encapsulated configurations . The discrete devices are often used in the manufacture of our temperature sensing assemblies. As part of our goal to be responsive to our customers, we are continually developing new products and techniques to extend our capabilities. We specialize in the design and manufacture of custom temperature probes and assemblies that operate from -50°C to +300°C. We are also a leader in PTC thermistor technology with a wide variety of rectangular, oval and disc shaped elements that are used as self-regulating heaters. It is the nature of our business that few applications use "off-the-shelf" thermistors or temperature probes. We recognize that our customers often want products that are tailored to their specific requirements. Some manufacturers see this as a problem. We welcome the opportunity to assist you in finding the thermistor or temperature probe that is best suited to your application. |
