| | All Poly, Inc. began manufacturing plastic bags in 1993 as GCM Manufacturing. In July of 1995 we changed our name to Ambag Corporation. Not quite satisfied that we had selected the best name, in June of 2003 we settled down to our current and final name, All Poly, Inc. We feel that our name says what we do the best. We manufacture all types of poly products. Our founder, Roger A. Hoover has over twenty years experience in the plastics industry and holds three US patents for plastic bag making.
All Poly believes that quality starts at the raw material stage. Because of this belief, we buy only the best polyethylene resins available on the market today. All of our resin is virgin resin and approved to make plastic products that will come in contact with food products. This resin is referred to a food grade resin.
Next we use our years of extrusion experience to insure that we extrude the clearest and strongest film possible. Our large capacity rotating die extruders insure that All Poly has adequate film to make all poly products ordered by our customers.
The next stage in our manufacturing process is printing. All Poly has the capability to print 6 colors on two sides. We print by the flexographic or roto gravier process. We print line print, screen print, edge-to-edge print and process print. Just ask our custom bag specialist to assist you in determining the exact type of printing that your poly product requirements will involve.
Finally, we take the plain or printed film and convert it to bags or flexible pouches on our high-speed servo driven bag making machines. Every All Poly employee in the manufacturing process is dedicated to providing you, our customer, the finest poly products that we are capable of making. We are constantly busy in our R & D laboratory looking for ways to make our products, clearer – stronger – and more desirable to our customers.
