Specializing in custom, tight tolerance, precision parts, we are currently producing parts with a diameter of .006". We have the ability to hold tolerances to +/- .0001".
Our customer base covers industries such as medical, dental, electronics, automotive, computer, aerospace and others. We work in a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Our secondary capabilities include; plating, annealing, heat treating etc., allowing us to supply parts, complete per print requirements.
Quality you can count on. ISO 9001:2000 compliant- registered since 1999. Documented quality control- SPC, Inspection Reports, In-Process charts etc. are available upon request. Final inspection of each lot prior to shipment, in addition to in-process verifications, allows us to provide you with the highest quality product.
We know how important lead times/ delivery schedules are. So, we carefully monitor all open orders and keep our customers up to date on delivery statuses. We look ahead at machine schedules and material availability to help our customer determine the best time for reorders.
