| | Archer Plastics has been providing plastic fabrication and plastic machining services since 1968. Our plastic fabricators work with acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS, PVC and all other plastic materials. Our machine shop consists of conventional and CNC machines. We have routing, milling, and lathe capabilities. We machine an extensive amount of Delrin and Acetal. One of our specialties is plastic routing on our CNC routing stations.
For custom acrylic fabrication, we manufacture POP displays, store fixtures, brochure holders, boat windows, and many, many other custom plastic products and parts. We have large thermoforming ovens which allow us to form large plastic projects.
