• A very large selection of open extrusion tools including rectangular, round and square bars and tubes, as well as channels and angles that are available to all of our customers avoiding the purchase of extrusion tooling.
• We produce profiles that range in size from miniatures with an outside diameter of .047 inches to large profiles with an outside diameter of 12-3/4 inches.
• Profiles are available depending on the size and configuration in 1000, 2000, 3000, 6000, and 7000 series alloys.
• Our fabrication service includes but is not limited to cutting to length, miter cutting, machining, punching, drilling, tapping as well as most secondary operations.
• If you require a finished profile, we can provide your profiles with a satin or brite dipped finish, a powder coated finish or a mechanical finish such as brushed or polished.
• The minimum production run of material may be a little as a few pounds in combination with a set-up charge or 500 pounds without the set-up charge for the smaller press items. Depending on the profile size and the alloy required, the press minimums for the larger press items may vary.
