ARON ALPHA® 200EXC SERIES INSTANT ADHESIVE - SURFACE INSENSITIVE ETHYL

ARON ALPHA® 200EXC SERIES instant adhesive is an all purpose surface insensitive technology offering faster solutions for high speed assembly processes. Formulas meet Mil-A-46050C Type I Class 1 (TYPE 221EXC and TYPE 220EXC), Class 2 (TYPE 212EXC), Class 3 (TYPE 252EXC and TYPE TYPE 203EXC).

Top Features:

Improved fixture speed (over 200 or 200F SERIES).
Particularly suited for bonding a wide variety of materials, including metals, plastics and elastomers.
For porous substrates such as paper, leather, cork and fabric.
For acidic surfaces such as wood and chromate plated parts.
Bonds most plastics.
For elastomers and rubbers, including EPDM, NBR, SBR, Nitrile.
For difficult to bond materials: PE, PP, PTFE, thermoplastic rubbers or silicone rubbers when combined with a ARON ALPHA PP PRIMER or ARON ALPHA SILICONE RUBBER PRIMER.

ARON ALPHA® 200 SERIES INSTANT ADHESIVE - GENERAL PURPOSE ETHYL

ARON ALPHA® 200 SERIES instant adhesive is designed to bond rubber, metal, and plastic parts. Formulas meet Mil-A-46050C Type II Class 1 (TYPE 201 and TYPE 241), Class 2 (TYPE 202), Class 3 (TYPE 203) and Class 4 (TYPE 233).

TYPE 201 - Penetrating, low viscosity (2 cps) instant adhesive for pre-assembled and/or close fitting parts.
TYPE 241 - Low viscosity (40 cps) instant adhesive suitable for multiple substrates.
TYPE 202 - Intermediate gap filling type (100 cps) with moderate setting time.
TYPE 203 - Medium-high viscosity (1,500 cps) for gap filling conditions. Slow setting time may warrant use of accelerator/activator/setter chemistry.
TYPE 233 - High viscosity (3,000 cps) for gap filling conditions. Slow setting time may warrant use of acceleartor or setter chemistry.

ARON ALPHA® 200F SERIES INSTANT ADHESIVE - FAST CURING GENERAL PURPOSE ETHYL

ARON ALPHA® 200F SERIES instant adhesive is engineered for tough-to-bond situations. Ultra fast setting formula excellent for porous surfaces. Formulas meet Mil-A-46050C Type I Class 1 (TYPE 221 and TYPE 241F), Class 2 (TYPE 202F and TYPE 232).

TYPE 221 - Penetrating, low viscosity (2 cps) fast curing instant adhesive. May be utilized on difficult materials such as EPDM, soft PVC and foam rubber.
TYPE 241F - Low visocsity (40 cps) for intermediate gap filling capability.
TYPE 202F - Medium viscosity (100 cps) all purpose formula for difficult to bond substrates.
TYPE 232 - Medium viscosity (300 cps) especially suited for porous materials including wood and leather.

ARON ALPHA® 400X SERIES instant adhesive is engineered for high temperature and high impact resistance applications. Excellent bond strength in conditions up to approximately 250°F.

Typical application for the 400X SERIES include E-cores, steel cover plates in transformers, plastic or metal housings of electrical motors or disk drives.

TYPE 401X - Penetrating (2 cps) instant adhesive for pre-assembled and/or close fitting parts with moderate cure speed.
