Ascent manufacturs gears, sprockets, timing pulleys, splined shafts, and other precision parts in a wide range of materials. Our services also include CNC turning, milling, and keyseating. Custom gears are available in sizes from .125” to 16.000” in diameter, from 3 to 200 DP, or .2 to 8.0 module.
Ascent’s Precision Stock Gears are among the finest in the industry. Stock gears can be produced in these styles from 18 to 300 teeth in most pitches. Available in stock from 32 to 120 D.P. and 0.8 to 0.2 module, gears from our Precision Stock line should satisfy your requirements for precision instrumentation and motion control.
