Our Product: A corrosion resistant, FDA-accepted, all plastic positive displacement gear pump line called UGP. The UGP line is compact, allows for complete mounting flexibility and requires NO maintenance! Product History and Application: Performance: The UGP line can be used for many chemical applications including Laboratory, Plating systems, Metering, Photographic and Printing Industries The UGP Gear Pump was used by NASA aboard the MIR Space Station. Our Mission: Provide our customers with innovative solutions to their application requirements through strong technical support, exceptional customer service, competitive price and high product reliability. The UGP line of corrosion resistant, FDA-accepted, all plastic gear pumps. UGP-2000 Designed for the Industrial, Chemical and Medical Industries where an economical, high volume, durable positive displacement pump is needed. This unit utilizes our unique Gear Pump design coupled with a 12-VDC motor, which allows the flow to be varied over a wide range to meet application requirements. UGP-2000P Designed from our standard model for use in the Floor Care Maintenance and Medical Industries where longer life, quieter operation and reliability are needed. UGP-3000 Designed for the Chemical Dispensing and Medical Industries where continuous run, and dependability are needed. This unit utilizes a 120-VAC motor with all components UL recognized. UGP-8000 Designed for the Aerospace & Medical Industries where motor life, reliability, size and extreme environmental conditions are constraining factors. This unit utilizes a brushless/sensorless motor with two leads and integrated electronics. |
