Our company is a provider of Magnets & Metal Separators widely used for the removal of unwanted metal contamination throughout the production process. We also conduct Third-party Validation & Testing of Magnets and supply Gauss Meters. These are aligned with HACCP, ISO and GMP requirements for CCP monitoring and product safety.
• Magnetic Grate – Installed at dumping, blending, filling and packing stages for the removal of metal contamination from powder or granular ingredients
• Magnetic Liquid Filter – Installed in-line in pipelines to remove metal contamination from liquid and viscous products
• Magnetic Rods – Assembled into different types of magnetic assemblies which can reach up to 13,000 Gauss and can remove micron-size metal contamination
•Plate Magnets – Usually installed on top of the conveyor belt, inside the chute etc.
• Gauss Meters – Used by end-users for internal testing of existing Magnets / Metal Separators
• Magnet Testing & Validation Service – Done annually to monitor the strength and performance of existing Magnets / Metal Separators
