The seamless pipe factories under the Group mainly produce various carbon seamless steel pipes,alloy seamless steel pipes,such as Oil and Gas Transmission Pipe,Pressure Use Pipes,Mechanical Tubing and so on. The Group has 19 cold draw steel pipes lines,4 hot rolled steel pipes lines,4 hot expansion steel pipes lines,4 tubing and casing processed steel pipes lines,1 drilling pipes processed lines,2 steel pipes heat treatments lines.The specification of seamless steel pipes outer diameter is ∮8-∮1200mm,wall thickness is 1-200mm.The annual production capacity is 550 000 tons,tubing and casing processed pipes is 250 000 tons and the heat treatment pipes is 150 000 tons.
After 2005,the group founded 3 HFW lines of specification ∮114, ∮219, ∮660., 2 JCOE SAWL lines of specification ∮813, ∮1422 ;And some SAWH lines of specification ∮219-∮4330; 2 inner and outer anti-corrosion lines of FBE/2PE/3PP/3PE. The outer diameter of welded pipes is ∮10.3-∮4064,the wall thinkness is 1-80mm. The annual production capacity of every kind welded pipes is 500 000 tons,and the anti-corrosion annual capacity is 2000 000 square meters .These actions improve the production structure, enhance the production’s scientific and technologe, and create a broader space for our enterprise long-term and far-reaching development.
