| CSM Worldwide, Inc. designs, engineers, manufactures, installs, and maintains custom air pollution control systems which destroy harmful Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) prior to emission into the atmosphere. CSM provides a host of equipment and systems which specialize in emission abatement. CSM's CatOx Systems use precious metal catalyst to achieve low temperature oxidation of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) from gaseous waste streams. Upwards of 99% of VOC and CO will be destroyed by conversion to harmless Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and water vapor. CSM's Thermal Oxidation Systems achieve in excess of 99% destruction of VOC and CO from gaseous water streams via high temperature oxidation at temperatures of 1500° F or above. CSM's Selective Catalytic Reduction Systems treat NOx laden gaseous streams by the use of specialty SCR catalyst to selectively react injected ammonia with the available NOx to produce harmless nitrogen and water vapor. Typically, 90 to 97% NOx reduction is achieved. CSM's Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Concentrator System converts a large volume, low concentration VOC laden gaseous stream into a small volume, higher concentration VOC laden stream that is much more economically treated for VOC destruction. VOC concentration is typically increased by 15 times prior to treatment of VOC. CSM's Carbon Adsorption Systems capture and recover select hydrocarbons or solvents for reuse in the manufacturing process. Activated carbon is used to adsorb the solvents, while steam is later used to regenerate the carbon bed and release the captured solvent for recovery. Downstream equipment is used to store, separate and reuse the recovered solvents. CSM Worldwide provides complete turnkey services from site review to permitting through system installation and startup.
