If the order does not ship the same day we will ship the following business day except on certain special items that we have to custom manufacture such as Keyed Drive Wheels for example. Warranty: Limited Warranty Policy: We offer 1 year warranties on ALL Products purchased online and 3 Year Warranties on specific Heavy Duty Casters. For inquiry on a specific product warranty please contact us directly with the part number. Caster Headquarter's number one commitment is quality. Our state of the art engineering test laboratory performs extensive product tests to exceed the standards of the Institute of Caster and Wheel Manufacturers (ICWM), the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), Restriction of Hazardous Substance (RoHS) and the special requirements of all manufacturers in the Caster and Wheel industry. CasterHQ's products are all warranted against any possible defects in materials and workmanship for different periods of time from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misapplication, abuse, improper use, modifications, improper installation jobs, or lack of routine maintenance and lubrication. Any product that is claimed to be defective and is returned to any one of Caster Headquarter's warehouses with prior approval will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding freight and installation). This warranty is exclusive and there are no other warranties, express or implied, such as an implied warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for particular purpose. This remedy is the sole remedy in contract, tort or otherwise, Caster Headquarters, LLC and HD Industrial Supply, LLC is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages. |
