| | Cat i Glass Manufacturing is a full service glass fabricator located in South Elgin, Illinois. The company is owned by the founders of Elgin Precision Glass (EPG) which was established in 1965. Cat-i Glass maintains the EPG corporate name today.
Our fabrication capabilities include controlled grinding, computer controlled cutting, straight bevel of all angles, hole drilling, heat tempering, chemical tempering, CNC shape cutting and grinding, CNC circle cutting, seaming, washing, silk screening, anti-fog coating, sandblasting, first surface mirrors, filter glass, polishing and assembly.
The Cat i sales team has over 75 year of experience servicing customers with fabricated glass components. Our goal is to service all of our customers with timely responses and deliveries, at competitive prices.
We will focus on your needs and give professional assistance in design prototyping and implementation. In addition, our engineers can provide cost saving suggestions during the product life cycle. We are capable of small prototype runs with quick turnaround and large production volumes that include stocking programs.
