The company was started in Lake Mills, Wisconsin in 1973 and originally served as a tool and die company. The company was later purchased by the current owner and president Tim Johnston in 1989. Some of Chapter 2, Inc capabilities are as followed; CNC Machining, Product Component Assembly, Welding (Mig, Tig & Spot), Vulcanizing, Grinding & Polishing, and Tool Making with full a service tool room with journeymen tool makers. Some of the current industries Chapter 2, Inc currently serve include; Lawn and Garden, Medical, Automotive, Military, Construction, Agriculture, Food Packaging, and Renewable Energy. Chapter 2, Inc may service these industries but in no way is limited to them.
