In October of 1997 significant manufacturing capacity was added when ControlAir opened its new headquarters located in a 26,500 square foot engineering and production facility in Amherst, New Hampshire. The new building features a technology/application center; offering ControlAir's customers newly-expanded CAD/CAM product design capabilities for quick response to demands for product customization to fit specific application needs.
More recently, in December of 2002, ControlAir acquired the Dahl Electronics product line from Purolator Facet, Inc., formerly known as the G.W. Dahl Co., Inc.. Products included in the purchase were P/I Transmitters (pressure to current), I/P Converters (current to pressure), Snap-acting Pneumatic Relay's and Liquid Level Indication Systems. Manufacturing of the product line was transferred to ControlAir's headquarters in Amherst, New Hampshire. ControlAir offers the product line under the Dahl Products Group heading.
