| ENCON Evaporators is a premier manufacturer of evaporation systems for wastewater and process stream minimization. Our USA made systems can process streams from as small as 200 gallons/week to as large as 4,000 gallons/hour. In addition to evaporators, ENCON offers dryer systems for achieving complete ZLD as well as a full range of upgrades, accessories, and services to minimize labor and maximize return on investment. ENCON Drum Evaporators are an affordable way to efficiently dewater small volume waste streams. Simple operation and are powered by electricity. Unit uses a standard 55-gallon drum to hold wastewater. Two models are available: The DE-2 processes up to 2 gallons per hour. The DE-4 processes up to 4 gallons per hour. ENCON Thermal Wastewater Evaporators are available with evaporation capabilities ranging from 10 to 400 gallons per hour. Thermal units can be run from a number of heat sources such as natural gas, propane gas, oil, diesel, kerosene electricity, steam or even waste oil. Units are constructed of 316 stainless steel, higher alloys are available for more corrosive applications. A large number of options are available to customize the unit to your needs. Thermal units can even be fitted with a condenser to recycle the distilled water. ENCON Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVC) Evaporator The ENCON MVC Evaporator is a forced circulation flash evaporator utilizing mechanical vapor compression. This technology greatly reduces energy costs by recycling heat energy. Available in capacities from 300 - 4,000 gallons/hour, the forced circulation design keeps the waste stream and its constituents in motion which reduces the potential for fouling and scaling. This makes the CFE a terrific technology for high solids applications such as landfill leachate, oil & gas produced water, RO reject, flue gas desulfurization (FGD) wastewater and other heavy brines. ENCON Circulating Flash (CFE) Evaporator The ENCON Circulating Flash Evaporator (CFE) is a continuous circulating flash evaporator used for wastewater minimization, concentration and crystallization. Available in capacities from 300 - 4,000 gallons/hour, the forced circulation design keeps the waste stream and its constituents in motion which reduces the potential for fouling and scaling. This makes the CFE a terrific technology for high solids applications such as landfill leachate, oil & gas produced water, RO reject, flue gas desulfurization (FGD) wastewater and other heavy brines. ENCON Dryers are used for dewatering concentrated slurries and sludge to a dry condition. All ENCON Slurry Dryers are engineered to handle liquid solutions in additon to sludges. This versatility provides you with the most effective and economical zero liquid discharge (ZLD) solutions available. Available in two sizes, a 2 – 4 gallon/hour Drum Evaporator/Dryer and a 50 gallon/hour Liquid Slurry Dryer |
