Our engineering team takes a thorough and detailed approach to solution development from concept through design. Advanced kinematics drive sizing programs are used to assure proper selection of power train components and optimize cross sectional stresses. Our customers include major automotive manufacturers, tier one automotive suppliers, and non-automotive manufacturers, as well as suppliers of robotic and automation equipment. Controls Our Engineering Department is staffed by several electrical engineers and CAD designers who are well versed in designing control systems. Our design engineers incorporate efficient industry proven machine control techniques when designing control systems. Our software department uses the latest programming software for PLC programming, Operator Interfaces (MMI, HMI) programming and for writing custom PC applications. We have a wide variety of programming software from many manufacturers. Some of these include AB, Modicon, GE, Siemens, TI, Telemechanique, SQ. D, Omron, and a host of others. Our CAD department uses the latest AutoCAD software available. Our CAD operators are frequently and professionally trained in the latest AutoCAD software available.
