Our product line now features the Master-Touch™ Family of thermal gas mass flowmeters. These microprocessor-based flowmeters provide the user with unrivaled power and flexibility in monitoring their gas flow. Master-Touch users can specify up to four independently programmable metering ranges, each with its own unique flow characteristics. Among the Master-Touch's other notable features are user-selectable engineering units, continuous time stamping of maximum and minimum flows, and two 1-amp relays for flow alarms, batch counting, and timer functions. The Master-Touch also supports a variety of diagnostic options including a "Show Curve" feature and onboard volt meter. All features can be controlled via a 4-button touch keypad or via RS232 and RS485 I/O communications, and the double-sided NEMA4 explosion-proof enclosure allows easy access for all connections to power supplies and monitoring devices. Inline and insertion models are available in both 115/230AC and 24VDC configurations, and with either integral or remote displays.
This technology is also incorporated into our Series 9000MP Multipoint Systems for large pipes and ducts and our new, innovative Flow Averaging Tubes (FAT™). The result is an accurate, economical, and reliable means of measuring the flow of gases in a wide variety of process applications.
