We offer the experience of a large business coupled with the service and personal attention of a small business. Our team draws from over twenty years of Electropolishing experience. We have worked on projects from large corporations such as Coca-Cola, Harley-Davidson and Mercedes-Benz as well as smaller locally owned companies. Our knowledge and ingenuity ensures that any part large or small will have a quality finish. Our Electropolishing process when applied to stainless steel not only polish but also will passivate and deburr removing imperfections, leaving a smooth uniform finish. Our process lengthens the life of the metal against corrosion, sanitizes and has cosmetic benefits as well. Our process is commonly used in the marine, aerospace, water treatment and pharmaceutical industries to name but a few. The chemicals used in our process are environmentally friendly than those used in the plating industry. We also offer a citric passivation processes. Our dip process is designed to help prevent the corrosion of stainless steel products by oxidizing and dissolving impurities leaving a protective chromium oxide film on the surface. Our electro-clean passivation process is designed to remove weld scale and leaves a satin finish rather than a bright shinny finish. Our knowledge and ingenuity ensures that any part large or small will have a quality finish to ASTM 967, ASTM B912, ASTM 380 or their equivalent.
