The initial charter was designed to serve Monsanto and other regional chemical manufacturers with outsourced equipment, formulations (Form), and packaging (Pak), thus the name FormPak. Within the first few years of operation it quickly evolved into one of the strongest Manufacturers’ Rep firms in the Midwest and developed the current specialization in dry material handling and packaging systems. To this day that foundation forms the cornerstone of our business.In 1998 FormPak leveraged their 22 years of experience in bulk bag handling, filling, and discharging and began designing and selling this type of equipment regionally.
