For your information, we usually make ABEC3 .0002" bore, stainless R series from SR1-4ZZ to SR8ZZ, with or without flange, extended inner ring is available too.
R series: for example SR144ZZ, SFR144ZZ, SFR166ZZ, SR166ZZEE, SFR6ZZ, SR8ZZ etc.
Metric series: for example ss623zz, ss625LL , 6700zz, 688zz, s684zz etc
