Every drawing is submitted to sales department and engineering skilled personnel for its preliminary feasibility study then an offer is issued according to customer requirements for approval.
Equipped with modern workstations, for molds and tools making, which enable to service molds and machines quickly both during sample manufacturing and bulk production;
quality-assurance (QA) & quality-control (QC) are guaranteed by incoming checking feedstock, many inspections during production process and before delivery to final customer.
Garneri Stamperie proudly offers an hot-forging brass experience of 45 years, continuing technological innovation and different press machines, can offer products and services
that cover all kind of product applications: taps, plumbing, sanitary, heating, handles or any brass or copper item manufactured by forging.
To reach current production capacity - every year are forged about 10.000 tons of brass - it’s allocated a substantial part of resources to the investments in machineries and tools.
Forging department is equipped of 16 presses, brass forging and screw presses; their capacity ranging from 180 to 1.000 metric tons and permit to forge products from a few grams to 25 Kg.
Our company is also in a position to supply finished components machined and with surface treatment thanks to the cooperation with other local affordable companies we are cooperating since long-time.
