High Pressure "Mud" Pump
FEATURES:
- High pressure "MUD" pump.
- Specifically designed to pump mixtures of water, bentonite and/or polymers typical of mining and directional drilling applications.
- 17-4 stainless steel valves are guided to promote efficient delivery of fluids. Seating areas are treated with abrasion resistant material to extend life of wearing surfaces.
- Energized packings/seals are produced from high density polyethylene
- Extended crosshead features open design and double lip oil seals to minimize unwanted collection of drilling fluids.
- Patent pending, symmetrical power end design featuring top and bottom mounting holes allowing for easy left to right shaft conversion.
- High performance aluminum alloy connecting rods permit higher loads while reducing overall weight.
- This reduces vibrations and off center loads on the bearing for longer life and quieter operation.
- Easily coupled to SAE "C" hydraulic motor when using 71 series flange/coupler kit.
- Splash lubrication.
