Why is it so revolutionary?

 Lower cost: Instalok couplings have a 20% overall lower cost than traditional compression couplings.
 Quicker installation: Simply insert one tube end and tighten the clamp. There is no more need to re-tighten multiple bolts.
 Fool-proof alignment: Instalok is designed to align the ends of the tube for a smooth transition. That means less chance for particle buildup and fewer streamers.
 Grip Strength: Instalok's unique clamp design means tighter contact creating less movement in high vibration environments.

All Metflo Instalok couplings are made of galvanized steel, providing superior corrosion resistance. Sizes range from 1-1/2" ID to 6" ID with a standard O-ring made of black nitrile. The Instalok coupling features Grade 5 stress relieved bolts to ensure a trouble-free installation. The unique clamping design offers unparalleled strength and grip. Replacement O-rings, nuts, bolts and clamps are also available.
