| Our production plant is located in Kentwood, Michigan and specializes in the production of high precision stampings and over-moldings. We are equipped with the latest technologies for design and manufacturing, in-house tool shop including EDM capabilities & CNC machining centers. Haerter Stamping LLC supports NAFTA customers in Automotive, Industrial, Telecommunication and Medical Industry with outstanding service in the manufacturing of complex components. (Automotive, Telecommunication, Electronics, Household Appliances and Building Technology as well as Medical Engineering). We have experience with a wide variety of raw materials in handling and processing. Furthermore we have parts that require Ni, Cu, Sn, Ag, Au or Black Oxide of parts. We are able to work with pre-plated material internally and have very reliable and experienced suppliers close by if post-plating processes are required. Post-plating processes will be outsourced and cannot be done internally. Please note that all precious metals will be invoiced separately at current market pricing. Our main customers are Bosch, Behr, Tyco Electronics and IMS Gear. We are a high-precision stamping company and the annual volumes in relation to the Automotive Business are anywhere from 5000 pcs. up to 5 Million pcs. We are also capable stamp parts into Tape & Reel which provides the benefit to deliver precision stampings and components in a fast integrated process, reducing customer cycle times. Tape can be produced internally in a range from 0.31496” up to 7.874” wide. We also manufacture progressive tools with modular configuration as well as metal-plastic-compound products. |
